Executive Order crystal methamphetamine immediate threat to National Security

Despite every effort made by DEA, crystal methamphetamine enforcement is a disaster in every State. The effects are depleting State and local law enforcement resources. Meth effects are depleting millions from health care providers for uninsured meth addicts that gets passed on to taxpayers.
Crystal methamphetamine production is factory produced. The UN Office on Drugs and Crime claims meth seizures worldwide 31 metric tons (2009). February 2012 Mexican Army seized 15 tons made by one lab alone.
While Mexican cartels are named the major source, Iran seized 3 tons in Zahedan in 2012. US Treasury recently named Iranian General Gholamreza Baghbani a "kingpin" for funneling Afghan heroin into Iran. The President should acknowledge meth a danger to the US and US Forces fighting terrorism.
