By executive order, declare election day a national holiday.

I think that voter turnout would be much higher if voters were freely available on election day. To me it makes no sense that given the federal governments ability to create holidays that our voting days are not given this distinction. If it makes it easier for people to make the peoples voices heard, and the ability to do so is there, it seems a simple solution to the problem. Please declare election day a national holiday.
