An Executive order to amend the UCCJEA, and PKPA to include a federal registry for child custody orders readily accessible by law enforcement, and NCMEC, Through NCIC.
when two states are at conflict, and state remedy cannot be had within 30 days, a US District Court is to have jurisdiction to determine the valid order in accordance with the Full Faith and Credit Clause.
the cost thereof to be borne by the non prevailing state in consideration of UCCJEA Article 3 specifically sec. 312, and 315.
