President to sign an executive order requiring the Treasury Department to withhold all salaries for all elected officials in the White House, Senate and House of Representatives and the withheld salaries shall be forfeited by all elected officials previously mentioned until the U.S. Budget is balanced. The executive order will also abolish the Healthcare program currently enjoyed by Congress and require them to enroll in the Affordable Health Care program like ALL American citizens.
