Executive order to make Audrey give John his jacket back.

On the night of November 21st, 2016 one John left his jacket with his friend Audrey. It has now been more than a week and a half and she has yet to return it. In all likelihood she is wearing it right now, sniffing it and cackling evilly while listening to Taylor Swift albums. As it is now December and getting cold, and that jacket has been with him for more than a decade, John would really like his jacket returned to him. Therefore he is calling upon an executive order or an act of congress if necessary.
