When persons on disability get so little a month and persons receiving SSA get even less and have to pay a medicare deductible. We are asking a law be passed the the COLA has to be raised every year regardless of the economy or if we are at war. As it is now after medical bills are dealt with the existing 20% threshold of everyone's bank account and having to pay 20% on drugs we are lucky to have enough to pay for groceries and toiletries. Bus fare for disabled individuals seniors and vets is at a threshold of half of their income a month. Having money to shop with seniors and disabled individuals are forced to buy on time which still leaves very little in their budget. Forget entertainment their is no room in the budget for that even. So please Raise the COLA.
