By Executive Order remove Chaplain Lt. Colonel Antonio Daggett, Sr., (father of 10) from the US Army Kill List, and declare Chaplain Daggett an American Dissident requesting the protection of the Chinese Government and/or other safe havens . And that the White House demand Congressional Hearings in to the three separate incidents of (June 1986, November 2002, and September 2012) poisonings of Chaplain Lt. Colonel Daggett/family during Army doctors medical physicals; in retaliation for his complaint of racism brought to the attention of General Wickham, which led to the forced early retirements of Colonel Joseph Dyer, and General Burton Patrick.
