Executive order to
A)Remove marijuana as a controlled substance in the controlled substance Import and Export Act.
B) Executive order to remove civil and criminal penalties for use of cannabis or other hemp products by adults age 18 and older and regulate the sale of cannabis similar to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
C)Executive order for the Dept. of Agriculture to purchase un-used farm land in ideal locations of development and auction the farm land to the public, with the belief that it can stimulate cannibis growth and supply states for future revenue.
D)Executive order for states to use 25 percent of cannibis tax revenue towards college education grants.
