by Executive Order repudiate/invalidate the more odious provisions of the N.D.A.A. (National Defense Authorization Act)

Created by A.W. on April 15, 2012

Dear Mr. President,

The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, commonly called the N.D.A.A., contains a time-bomb that INVALIDATES part of the U.S. Bill of Rights (Amendment 4). Wikipedia says:

"The most controversial provisions to receive wide attention are contained in Title X, Subtitle D, entitled "Counter-Terrorism." In particular, sub-sections 1021 and 1022, which deal with detention of persons the government suspects of involvement in terrorism, ... " meaning that ANY American citizen can be DETAINED without being CHARGED with a crime and being given DUE PROCESS.

Please, Mr. Obama, you let the TERRORISTS WIN if America turns into a Police State. By Executive Order, please REPUDIATE this part of the N.D.A.A.
