People with guns kill people. We live in a country that allows unlimited and nearly unrestricted gun ownership. This order WILL NOT change, restrict, limit, or otherwise curtail or prevent gun ownership. The purpose of this order is to direct our existing anti-terrorist assets and focus on the real and demonstrated terrorist threats that have killed more Americans than any external or existential group. The full power and force of our Judicial, Intelligence, Military, and Police can be assigned to the monitoring of people who own guns, with special focus and scrutiny on those who possess military grade equipment. This order also suspends HIPPA and state enacted mental health record protections when investigating potentially erratic behavior in an individual or their associates.
