By Executive Order, we ask President Barack Obama to re-instate prior gun control legislation no later than 02/14/13.

President Obama, we believe a majority of U.S. citizens want you to use the Authority of Executive Order to re-instate The Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act (Pub.L. 103-159, 107 Stat. 1536) and the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 aka The Federal Assault Weapons Ban (AWB). And to please do so, no later than 02/14/13. This is our request in lieu of waiting for new legislation and leaving the vast majority of citizenship in danger of future situations, similar to those of Newtown, Connecticut; Aurora, Colorado; Portland, Oregon; Omaha, Nebraska, as well as numerous locations throughout the United States of America.
