Whereas non-profits and state institutions are formed for the public good, their purpose is to serve, executives and administrators shall not receive in annual compensation any more than the President of the United States. That is, the chief administrator of any I.R.S. recognized non-profit shall not receive in salary and benefits more than $400,000 per year, and $50,000 in expenses. All other employees will be paid less. Any state which receives Federal funds will limit the salaries and benefits accordingly: the Governor may receive up to $400,000 a year in salary and benefits with $50,000 in expenses. All other state employees will be paid less.
