Exempt 24 hour public service jobs ie. Paramedic/firefighters, from the healthcare mandate.

Created by J.N. on January 24, 2013

Many paramedics/firefighters work full time hours at part time jobs to make up for low hourly wages. Most paramedic/firefighters work 24 hour shifts. The healthcare mandate is limiting these people to 1 shift per week. This requires them to have 2-3 part time jobs to make ends meet. Full time employment is not easy to come by these days and this career is no exception.
