Exempt All Honorably Retired Military Personnel from both Federal and State Taxation of their retired pensions

Created by T.K. on February 12, 2013

Our Military faced many horrific dangers during their time serving their country and fellow man. Many never made it home paying the ultimate sacrifice and Many Military Personnel who retire from Military Service spend years trying to re-assimilate back into the Civilian World causing both a strain on the economy and tax payers. The usual issues that arises from these difficult transition period ranges from unemployment, bankruptcies, loss of homes, break-up of marriages and families, homelessness, murder and suicide just to name a few. Most of these issues usually begin and end with economic hardship and these issues can be greatly diminished by halting taxation upon their retirement allowing them to use those monies to help stabilizes their reintroduction back into Civilian Society.
