Utilizing the definition of "rural areas" as defined by the United States Department of Agriculture and the United States Census Bureau; cause by executive fiat the exemption of the application of all federal firearms regulations.
The purpose and reasoning of said petition is to negate the burdensome regulations that now currently and that may in the future limit the types of weapons that one can employ in the active defense of life and property in "rural Areas". In many such rural areas law enforcement services are not available or are not available in a timely manner.
