exempt the citizens of the District of Columbia from paying federal taxes.

Created by D.S. on January 15, 2013

Since the citizens of the District of Columbia do not have any voting representation in the national government, they are being unfairly taxed. DC residents do not have any voice in how their taxes are being used by the government. Thus, they should be exempt from paying federal taxes.
