We, the public servants of the United States government, have not only sacrificed three years of pay raises, we have also sacrificed any awards. We have been forced to balance the budget on our backs with no help from Congress. We ask to be exempt from this and any future furloughs. Why should we be punished when Congress hasn't done their job?
