Exempt firearm suppressors from the National Firearms Act of 1934, removing the $200 tax and up to 12 months wait time.

Created by T.H. on January 13, 2015

This action would allow law abiding citizens of these United States, to exercise their freedoms, without being hindered and at the mercy of a slow moving ATFE. Suppressors only muffle the sound of a firearm, reducing hearing damage to the shooter and causing less noise pollution in our communities. Suppressors were only included in the NFA to reduce poaching of wild game, during the great depression.
