Exempt Hobby Lobby from having to provide the morning after pill to it's employees, under the new health care law.

Created by N.B. on December 28, 2012

Allow an exemption for Hobby Lobby, under the new Healthcare law, to not have to pay for the morning after pill. The first line of the Bill of Rights says this: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” Obamacare prohibits the free exercise of the owners of Hobby Lobby, who are morally and religiously opposed to providing this particular pill.
