Americans who has lived overseas for a number of year should be allowed to return home with all their household effects even a few Persian rugs if they were purchased before the embargo.
Do we now need receipts for all the non-Persian rugs also to ensure that they are not confiscated by Customs?
Is this the Administration's idea of tough sanctions? Really?
Surely the Adinistration has better things to do than enact Mickey Mouse legislation designed to achieve nothing, except to complicate life for Americans returning home.
