Exempt from sequestration funding for Homeland Security, including all Departments under it, & Department of Defense

Due to the fight against terrorism since September 11, 2001, exempt from sequestration the funding of Homeland Security, & all the Departments under it, & exempt from sequestration the funding of the United States Armed Forces, including the entire Department of Defense.
