Being a former Navy Submariner I feel strongly that we have mis-treated the providers of our freedom. I personally would not be a benefactor in this petition.
That being said I think there is a need to provide more to these badly disfigured and disabled Veterans. Sacrifices of life and limb require more then a smile and a nod... more then some money for college. These people have laid it all on the line so we can enjoy our way of life. We, all Americans owe them now. I believe a way of doing this is to provide these badly injured service members freedom from taxation. They have already paid into the system with blood.
These people deserve more from unappreciative politicians that seem to care more for themselves and their political careers then the people they send into harms way.
