Exempt taxpayers from fines imposed by the IRS for non-compliance with the Affordable Care Act.

Created by J.S. on January 06, 2015

It is immoral and unethical for the government to impose fines and requisition money from low and middle income class taxpayers, because they cannot afford to purchase health insurance. We are petitioning President Obama to immediately exempt taxpayers from the penalty mandated by the Affordable Care Act for not having health insurance. It is unconscionable to fine people for being poor, and this part of the Affordable Care Act must be fixed or permanently changed so that Americans who are already financially challenged are not paying fines for non-compliance with a law that creates government income by raiding the bank accounts of the lowest income Americans.
