Military Members and Veterans have Taken an oath to Support and defend the Constitution. This oath does not have an expiration date. We request that The Administration Exempt Veterans and Active Duty members from Firearms laws and restrictions the same as Law enforcement officers are, both while in a duty status and a non duty status. Many military members are More proficient in the handling and safe employment of firearms than many law enforcement officers, they are law abiding American citizens who have sacrificed for the rights of others why should they not be extended the same rights and freedoms as our other guardians in the night our Law enforcement officers.
