Exemption of the Assault Rifle Ban for individuals who are separated, or retired, from the military.

Created by J.K. on March 17, 2013

Allow military, whether retired, honorably or otherwise discharged, with the exception of criminally prosecuted members, and those declared insane, or diagnosed with PTSD, to own firearms that are being banned by the Assault Weapons Ban nill currently in congress. This would allow Members who have been trained, more to simply defend themselves than for use as an offensive weapon, as they have been trained with them.
