With great Power comes great Responsibility. There remains to be a growing trend and increasing tolerance towards the possession of marijuana in our Country, but it's still considered a hazard like other drugs in our imperfect natural and artificial world. With Public Law 91-513, 84 Stat. 1242 (Controlled Substances Act), the American People are being increasingly violated of their most fundamental and natural Right to a proper judgement from their fellow man regarding employment. It's this tense criminalization of marijuana that is affecting our youth and their employment prospects. We'd suggest that a Presidential Pardon, as vested in the Constitution, be granted for 1st Time Offenders under the Age of 30 for a worthwhile benefit in order to boost our Country's economic Productivity.
