NSA have good reason to setup a project to collect information of people, anyone, for the purpose of anti-terrorism. But the compliance of its policy with 4th amendment shall be discussed to prevent privacy abuse. Unfortunately we did not see this process. Instead, pure money driven project started another time by government.
Snowden's leaking and away from US is being utilized by many governments both US and China. It is sad that President is saying that he cannot comment on it. Actually, he can stand with common people like us so that the operation of PRISM can be more transparent and used for the real purpose of security.
And any "information leaking" without immediate threats to people's safety or arm-proliferation shall be protected by 4th amendment. That Act must be reviewed.
