Remove and exile those individuals signing petitions to have all people signing petitions in favor of secession and move them to a new country, to be known as Obama Land. The new Land to be established in either California or the Northeast - possibly both if climate dictates.
Free trade and cordial relations to be maintained, but strict enforcement of the borders will be a priority.
