Exonerate Dwayne Hicks! End 3+ yrs. cruelty by criminal justice & mental health systems due to obstruction of justice.

Created by D.S. on December 20, 2015

In November 2012, Dwayne Hicks had a nervous breakdown; suffering from dementia. He walked into a basement, sat there with the lights on, waiting to be discovered. In his mind, the world was ending. He could not explain why he went there; he was nonviolent. The police came, took him to jail. He has been in jail and/or mental institution 3+ years. The original charge was entering a home with the intention of A&B. The charges were amended 3 months later to stalking with intention of bodily harm, burglary, and petit larceny. No one living in the house knew him or ever saw him prior to that night. These charges were untruthful, with no substantiating evidence. Dwayne has had bipolar disorder since age 18; he is a disabled mentally ill person, age 42, father of 2 young children. Please help.
