Last week the federal government prosecuted California marijuana dispensary operator Aaron Sandusky. The reason for this petition is for the Obama administration to order the immediate release of Aaron Sandusky, and follow through with Barack Obama's & the U.S justice departments statements regarding the legalization and enforcement of laws for marijuana in all U.S states.
The U.S justice department stated they would quote "Not interfere with dispensaries that were following state laws regarding marijuana", which they clearly have not done, as they prosecuted the above Mr. Sandusky.
Obama stated during and after his re-election that we should look to "decriminalize marijuana", which he clearly has not done. He also stated
"The U.S Justice Department should "Respect the rights of voters"
