Paul was denied an attorney when he was arrested; he was denied a Machner Hearing that would have shown his court-appointed attorney failed to prepare a proper defense; evidence was falsified, arranged, mishandled, misrepresented, withheld, and not subjected to any testing; statements and testimony of "victim" are contradictory to each other and to witnesses' testimony; law officers failed to properly secure and investigate all aspects of the "crime scene"; no witnesses were called whose testimony would have been exculpatory; expert witness' testimony was not allowed that would have been exculpatory.Paul's appeal was denied without case law being cited.
