Expand the Affordable Care Act to cover persons in the food service industry, regardless of their status.

Created by J.S. on January 27, 2013

With the Flu epidemic this year, for the safety of Americans,We propose an ammendment to the Affordable Care Act to require employers in the food service industry, limited to those employing 50 or more people, to provide health care for all of their employees. As most food service employees make only Minimum Wage, this law must limit limit the employee contribution to no more than 10% of their gross wage.

This amendment is for the betterment of the employee's health and welfare, but that of the consumers that do business with these establishments.
