Expand The Age Discrimination in Employment Act to include all legal citizens, regardless of age.

According to current Federal Law, The Age Discrimination in Employment Act only forbids discrimination based on age with applicants that are above 40 years of age. In this modern age, this law no longer serves the needs of the people. We The people of the United States of America, are young and viberant, and as evidenced in the recent elections, a powerful force in the governing of our nation, and yet we are discriminated against. Employers consistently want "experienced workers" While we are pushed into years of collegiate education that leaves us with worthless degrees and crushing debt. Employers are now requesting access to social media, using the foolishness of youth to discriminate against an potential employee who will outgrow our history given the chance.
