Expand the Age Discrimination Laws in Employment to include younger Americans

Created by H.H. on April 18, 2014

It's hard to look to the future when someone older is not allowing me to exceed. Often reverting to juvenile and illegal tactics to seem current and capable of handling situations their younger, faster counterparts are more eager and passionate about handling. Unfortunately due to so many unable to retire and having to work, the pace that once ran a company is no longer the same. Younger employees are being brought in with knowledge and common sense. Some older, more senior employees may say that they have the most on the job experience and are invaluable. But that value is diminished if you are not willing to share it. Senior workers can also become complacent. The Affordable Care Act needs young people to work but we get discriminated against trying to get a permanent job to pay for it.
