Expand Confederate style government and allow all 50 states to have their own 3 branches of Government

In 1776 the government set up by our four fathers worked for nearly 100 years before it was set into reform by an overdue civil war, the same events are happening again but on a much larger scale. There is hundreds of millions of people in the U.S.A. today, and still only one Supreme court, for life? The American society is changing, so is our government, if we don't act now we'll be answering to drone based police run by a centralized government that no one can do anything about. It is the intended goal of our four fathers anyway, they set up a centralized government with the idea of future expansion into confederacy, to keep the power in the hands of the citizens, not the state nor the nation. Commander in Chef of the Military is suppose to be leading troops into battles during war time.
