Expand the current antidescrimination laws to include individuals with tattoos, piercings, and other body modifications

Created by J.H. on April 17, 2013

Currently many americans are denied jobs, Fired from jobs, and/or treated unequally from other employees because of their tattoos and piercings. It is 100% discrimination to do those practices to protected groups of race, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability status, and many others. But because people with tattoos are not protected, they are legally discriminated against and refused jobs, or treated unequally.
