the World Nuclear Association has in place a plan in case of a nuclear emergency (explosion, leakage, procedure interruption, etc.) that emergency information and instructions will be sent to those with in only 1o miles of the plant. All others outside of the 10 mile radius are advised to keep an eye on local media and/or the WNA website.
this is bull because radiation travels incredibly fast and this plan leaves many people behind and uninformed.
