Expand the general debate speakers

Created by J.F. on September 27, 2016

The American public has been dissatisfied with the candidates choosen by a miniscule amount of the population, there are other voice they wish to here. I propose that the 15% polling rule be removed and all major candidates be able to speak by the second debate.
This applies to
-Gary Johnson, the libertarian party nominee
-Jill Stein, the Green party nominee
-Darrel Castle, the Constitutionalist party nominee
-Evan McMullin, the most popular independent candidate
- And any other candidates found fit for this debate
