EXPAND THE HARP PROGRAM TO INCLUDE THOSE WITHOUT FANNIE OR FREDDIE BACKED MORTGAGES WHO ARE "UNDERWATER"

This petition strives to gain support for homeowners who have met all of their monthly mortgage obligations yet are unable to take advantage of any refinance programs currently available simply because their loans are not backed by Fannie or Freddy. If you're underwater and caught in this gray area, or know someone who is, then please sign this petition and show your support to expand on the current HARP program. Many more responsible homeowners stand to benefit, as does our economy.
