The President should expand the housing program. I qualify for the HARP program but Bank of America refused to work with me because my ex-husband is on the loan and must sign the new loan. Why would an ex want to take on such responsibility?? This is ridiculous and does not make sense!! It takes my whole month's salary to pay my mortgage. I don't know what to do or where else to turn.
