Expand immigration legalization to include everyone allowed within the senate bill.

Created by J.L. on July 27, 2014

Granting legalization ONLY to parents of US citizens is INSUFFICIENT. It leaves many good, contributing and integrated people out in the "cold" when the President has political cover from the Senate bill to offer a broader legalization. Why waste the one shot to only help half, when more can be helped?

Kindly use executive means to grant legalization according to the broadest measure available, reflecting the Senate bill s. 744, under which undocumented immigrants will be allowed to apply for RPI status if they have been in the U.S. since December 31, 2011, have not been convicted of a felony or three or more misdemeanors, pay their assessed taxes, pass background checks, and pay application fees and a $1,000 penalty, among other requirements.
