Expand Internet service to rural areas at a minimum download speed of 15Mbs. Cost not to exceed $30/month.

Created by V.G. on June 28, 2012

Rural areas are under served by existing internet service companies. Speeds are low, data usage allotments too restrictive, and promised improvements never appear. People in these locations are not able to do things like view Government Health Insurance brochures, pay bills on line, E-Mail congressmen, use TV streaming services and research health questions. Internet Service Providers serve high population density Cities and neglect surrounding areas because its too expensive or not cost effective. Our pleas are ignored.
