This Petition would create a safe and sensible way of helping to make our country safer. The use of LEOSA act and extending it to all service members currently on active duty would provide an additional barrier of safety and security for American citizens and allow the opportunity and ability for additional first responders in an active shooter scenario while providing minimal impact and cost the the government.
Initiate training and qualification for those on active duty to carry concealed personal weapons off duty in the interest of national and self defense.
