While a woman can use the argument "my body, my choice" to justify the murder of an innocent human being, that argument should extend to all when it comes to what goes in our bodies. This should not stop at marijuana. The average citizen should be legally empowered to purchase pain killers including morphine and codeine, energy drugs such as ephedrine, physical fitness drugs such as steroids. Alcohol is a stronger mood altering drug than most illegal drugs. And making drugs like marijuana legal we are decriminalizing many Americans.
