If NAFTA is expanded, global trade will skyrocket. This could let countries that rely on another to pay less on their goods for the citizens of that country. Also, if countries strengthen trade, it unifies the globe and makes relations friendlier than previously. This reduces the chance of war and helps our world work together to stop environmental issues as well as external conflict. However, this isn't just making an economic union, but a European Union-esque one. This will help the world.
