Expand the National Do Not Call Registry to allow individuals to request blocking of political groups and candidates

Allow citizens the ability to protect their privacy and stop harassing and annoying calls to their homes by including political parties, candidates and political affiliated groups to the National Do Not Call Registry. This can be an optional selection when the user registers or re-registeres their phone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry. Those who wish to continue receiving those calls can indicate this on their registration.
