Expand nuclear powerplant programs and, create a more efficient and safer model of Howard Huses' water car.

This petition is for the approval of new nuclear power plants to reduce dependency on oil and coal which are non-renewable resources. Also to investigate and make possible the usage of water as a fuel source to combat pollution.
