Expand the powers of the FCC to regulate false political advertisements to counteract the effects of Citizen's United.

Since the disastrous Supreme Court decision of Citizen's United, the 1% have done everything they could to buy the elections with misleading and false attack ads aimed at politicians who fight their attempts to control the government at the expense of the people. They have been successful at stacking congress with those who will do what they want so it is unlikely that any real reform will of campaign laws will come out of this congress. I propose that the President issue an executive order to expand to power of the FCC to fight false advertisements to include political ads. Perhaps in this way, some of the effects of Citizen's United can be mitigated, by at least making sure attack ads are factual.
