The Moscow officials can stand without visiting EU and US. But why their relatives still spend vacation at Miami beach instead of feeding mosquitos at Moscow river off the beaten track near Moscow?
While Russian officials love Russia so much, their children should receive education at Moscow, Volgograd and Novosibirsk instead of Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard etc.
