expand the sexual harassment, equal employment opportunity, and affirmitive action laws to include the LGBT community.

Expand the sexual harassment laws to include LGBT bullying in the workplace and schools. Verbal abuses and loss of career or academia are decided by civil courts ,and criminal courts are able to add sexual harassment to a charge of physical assult in the cases that involve physical violence.
Ammend the Equal Opporunity Act and the Affirmative Action Act to include the LGBT community. Make it illegal for employers and college recruters to ask about gender, marital status, sexual orientation, and gender reassignment under the Genetic Nondiscrimination Act of 2008. This would not only protect LGBT citizens, but also people that are unwed parents, from unwed parents, and orphans.
